There is a new mandatory source for office seating.
Go to https://cs2.eis.af.mil/sites/10074/afcc/AFFCC/SiteCollectionDocuments/Seating%20II/Seating%20II.aspx
Scroll through the Product Catalogs. You will still need an ECAR for anything over $10,000 and under $25,000. See below for ECAR process.
If you do not see something that matches your need, then you can submit a waiver.
If you submit a waiver,
1. Check GSA Advantage and AbilityOne.
2. Receive quotes and submit an ECAR
- Include the following with ECAR submission
- If using AbilityOne, include the one quote
- If using GSA, include all submitted quotes
- Quotes can be funded or EOY planning action
- Quotes need to be valid for the full review timeline
- Contracting has 5 business days to review and approve and ECAR.
