Make sure that you include a Statement of Objective or Performance Work Statement if necessary. Your SOO/PWS should include any specific instructions that you want the contractor to abide by, or specific details that they might need for delivering your items such as loading docks, elevators/stairs, etc. For more complex requirements, you may need to have the PWS reviewed by base agencies so they can provide specific language to include. These include 82 TRW Safety, 82 SFS, 82 CES, 82 CEF (Fire), Information Protection, and 82 FSS Manpower.
